瑞曲速® Rapid Detection of Aspergillus Antigen

Product overview
Monoclonal antibody JF5 exclusively developed by the Fungal Laboratory at the University of Manchester, specifically combined with secreted glycosyl proteins released from the tips of growing hyphae. By testing the Aspergillus antigen in samples of human serum or bronchial lavage fluid (BALF) to aid in the diagnosis of clinically invasive pulmonary aspergillosis infection (IPA).
Test content:Aspergillus exocrine glycosyl protein.
Clinical Significance:1) Early and rapid diagnosis and evaluation of invasive Aspergillus infection, and identification of colonizing fungus;
2) High-risk patients are recommended to be tested twice a week as a qualitative treatment monitoring index.
Specimen Collection:Peripheral blood; bronchoalveolar lavage fluid is preferred for testing when pulmonary infection is suspected. After collecting the samples, place them at 2-8℃ for detection.
1) 2 – 3 ml of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid is taken with a sterile EP tube (the anterior lavage fluid is taken for examination to improve the positive rate of detection and avoid contamination).
2) Collect 2-3 ml of peripheral blood in a dry tube (the sample cannot be exposed to air to avoid contamination);
Reporting Period:1 hour.
