瑞曲速® Rapid detection of Aspergillus antibodies
Product overview
There are few Aspergillus galactomannan antigens in the blood, and they are continuously and rapidly removed by phagocytes. Aspergillus IgG and IgM antibodies exist in the blood for a long time. Aspergillus antibodies LFD 瑞曲速L® is used to specifically detect IgG and IgM antibodies produced by the human body with Aspergillus fumigatus antigen by lateral immunochromatography to assist in the diagnosis of clinical deep Aspergillus infections, especially chronic and subacute Aspergillus infections.
Detection target
Aspergillus IgG-IgM antibodies in blood.
Clinical application
1) Evaluation and diagnosis of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA), allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) and other subacute and chronic aspergillosis;
2) For subacute and chronic Aspergillus infections, continuous monitoring of Aspergillus antibody levels is evaluated for efficacy.
