The detection range of this project is based on the reference genome database that can provide wide-area search and continuous update, including about 500,000 + strains of microbial reference genome, and the results displayed by the detection are mainly from the carefully organized microbial species database capable of precise identification, 19,124 kinds in total, 9241 kinds of bacteria, 1,293 kinds of fungus, 8069 kinds of viruses, 327 kinds of parasites, 129 kinds of mycobacteria, 194 kinds of mycoplasmas/chlamydia/rickettsiae/ehrlich, etc.
